Our Lady of Grace Blue Mass

Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Reserve LA held a Blue Mass in honor of First Responders. The mass was celebrated by Fathers Gordian Iwuji and Christopher Amadi. Sheriff Mike Tregre gave the First Reading and Sgt. Marshall Carmouche the Responsorial Psalm.

Detective Sgt Christie Chauvin gave the memorial in honor of recently deceased Deputy Feldon Carney and Retired Deputy Gladys Collins.

Afterwards, a reception was held in the school gym and a meal enjoyed by all.

First Responders attending included, St. John Prish Sheriff's Department, St John Parish Fire Department, and St John Emergency Medical Technicians.
