The new Captain Octavio Gonzalez Training Center dedication

The Capt. Octavio Gonzalez Training Center was constructed on the grounds of the Sheriff’s Office at the Uniform Patrol Division. It encompasses over an acre of land. It contains classrooms and building scenarios to help train officers. It also has k-9 training areas.

The Training Center was dedicated in the memory of Capt Gonzalez , Commander of the Narcotics Division, who was ambushed, shot and killed in the line of duty on June 16, 2006.
